Sleeping giants have no advantage over dwarfs. In fact it is my reasonable view that a proactive dwarf would be better off than a sleeping giant. It is hard to explain how much potential goes to waste or remains untapped because we seek discover ourselves.
You have a lot of potential inherent in you than your mind can conceive. You can do more exceedingly well than you can ever imagine. Your strengths are more than your weaknesses. Your major undoing would be to look too hard on your weaknesses at the expense of your strengths.
You cannot sit back, wish, and pray things will simply look up. The whole truth is that you will withdraw from life whatever you deposit in it. There are no free breakfasts. There are no free lunches. There are no free suppers and dinners. You have got to do something.
There are people endowed with qualities and skills for building capacities in their immediate societies. There are others who have the capacity to educate their peers on attitude change, goal-setting, and making life choices. However, these people have rested on their laurels hoping that someone else will perform these duties. These are sleeping giants.
Just in case you are not doing what your potential allows you, it is time to arise from your comfort zone. If you can sing, sing now. If you can build a business, do it now. If you can do motivational speaking, speak today. If you can lead, seek the mandate of the people when that time comes. Stop being a spectator when you should be at the forefront. Wake up the giant in you.

This is so true! We blame others for the measure of our successes when all along we are the Driver in the driving seat for our success! Also our unconscious of our potential has many of us not fully exploitinhg the greatness that is within us. Thank you once again for this, I’d be honored to once again add this on my blog wwww.indulgedfashion.blogspot.com.
That “sleeping giant” is a breeding ground for complacency! Once we DO step out of that comfort zone, so much of our potential is revealed to us. Being a sleeping giant is like having blinders on. Take the blinders off and look at your potential! Once you’re aware of these things that are holding you back or preventing you from reaching your goals, you’ll be amazed at how the smallest efforts can sometimes be be the beginning of a wonderful journey. The journey of discovering yourself and realizing your dreams.
