WHY NOT THINK?
It’s a little thing to do,
Just to think,
Anyone, no matter who,
Ought to think,
Take a little Time each day
From the minutes thrown away,
Spare it from your work or play,
Stop and think.
You will find that those who fail
Do not think.
Half the trouble that we see,
Trouble brewed for you and me
Probably would never be
If we’d think!

A wonderful poem to read, food for thought indeed.
I think this world would be a better place if a little thought was given before action had taken place. Everything we do has consequence attached to it. All pros and cons need to be considered before going forward. You are so right, we to need to set aside some time and think things through.
