I always feel that I have to change in order to not be sad, in order for me to be happy, but i realized i don't have to always change because if i only let the things reveal in front of me and enjoy each day as simple as possible, i will be more glad to have another breath of air..only have one life, i don't need to be afraid to live it..please help me i need more of these thoughts and let me share them with others as they help me to grow inside as a better person.
