10 Positive Assumptions

10 Positive Assumptions

1) I will make and keep my commitments.

2) I will find the right people who can help me.

3) I will look for an answer in every problem.

4) I will give up “trying” and simply do.

5) I will make it okay to be wrong and make mistakes.

6) I will create my own “good luck”.

7) I will not be afraid to lose before I win.

8 ) I will do it now!

9) I will be who I am and become what I was meant to be.

10) I will accept that all things are possible.

  • I like it, but something is missing... maybe St. Patrick's prayer can bring thinks up! I don't know...

  • Good one for the bathroom mirror -- worthy of daily reminders. I can't even pick out one as the best of the 10 -- they are all great.

  • Very positive we are our own worsed enermy sometimes we all need more positives in our lives, its easy to get bogged down with everyday thought, we tend to forget about ourselves and the thoughts that are bringing us down, and quotes like this help us to remember that we are worth while after all.

  • That’s a really positive post. We all need to think positive to take any decision and to get success. I like 1,2,3,8,and 10 Positive points. These are very helpful to keep me positive.
    Great Post!!

  • Hello Shawn,

Staying positive in our thoughts and the things we believe in is most important but assuming something which may present itself in many different forms we cannot necessarily approve. It is best not to assume unless there is evidence to substantiate what it claims to do. I am not sure about having positive assumptions, far too many have been proven wrong. Just my thoughts.

  • Lee provides an interesting point. However for me and the folks I managed, I found that by approaching something with " if doing nothing is not an option " what do we or I do now? " It is the absence of action that delivers more failures more than being wrong. You can make right what you made wrong but nothing is always nothing. Just an old manager's thoughts.
