Did these quotes help?

Hello Shawn, I guess we all go through periods of anxiety but we soon learn that there is no purpose to it. It doesn’t change anything or solve a problem, in most cases whatever is meant to be will be. Finding a solution to the problem is what is necessary, so clear thoughts are needed. When people become over anxious then there is no clear thinking to solve the problem. When anxiety sets in then panic takes over and the situation becomes worse. Nothing gets resolved.
Great quotes, I enjoyed reading them.
