    Just my thoughts. I believe to be classified intelligent you need to possess wisdom; to gain wisdom you need to have experienced many things in your lifetime. You need to have overcome tragedy, failings, hardships and suffering, and still know how to love your fellow human being, you need to have compassion, understanding, the desire to help those in need. To stand in awe of all creation, to be humble and forgiving.

    This is critical for me. Trial and error are critical to my job. I needed to hear this to forgive myself when I get it really wrong.
