Yes, there’re all beautiful quotes indeed. If only some of them can be translated into actions they would certainly benefit the person tremendously.
Have a nice day! Regards, Jani.
#12!!! Oh, sometimes it just takes the desire and determination to keep trying and trying, and trying some more! Never – NEVER give up your dreams!!! (That’s a quote by someone…can’t remember who, but I no doubt remember it from your site, Shawn!).
ya, this is good. Sometimes we tell our selves that certain things are to difficult. But with the quotes, am very encouraged to do something in order to accomplish.
Nothing in the world can take the place of Persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent. The slogan ‘Press On’ has solved and always will solve the problems of the human race.
Calvin Coolidge
Thanks, Jani. You’re right; if only we could do that more often. I’d love it!
Edgar: good to hear it! Please come back and keep us posted on your progress.
Crystal: yeah, there’s so many great quotes out there and they’re easy to forget. That’s why I sometimes suggest that people write them down and post them up around themselves; that way, those positive words get to sink into your psyche gradually. That’s also why I published my own book of quotations! I can carry many of the good ones with me & pull it out during spare moments. 🙂
Bill: that’s such an awesome one; it’s in my book. Hey, you didn’t put your site address in your comment; you should have done so.
