I like this quote best “Life brings simple pleasures to us every day. It is up to us to make them wonderful memories. -Cathy Allen
It’s very true, we just have to live each day one at a time and enjoy each moment rather than worrying what’s next or what the future brings…..thanks Shawn….good job as always!
Yeah, that is a good one; my favorite too.

Thanksgiving Day is meant for a person like you,as I thank you every time you’re sharing wonderful wisdoms that made many to remember, matters that is important to life. Before I forget,I’d like you to know that sometimes I have a memory problem as I remember and also forget,I wonder which matters until I acknowledged the capability of my mind, and that is to think again.Nice Quotes Shawn!
Thank you Shawn! Your thoughts inspire me and lift me up when I feel blue! You are awesome!I wanted to take the time to thank u and let u know I appreciate you!
very nice quotes.
Sally, I like that quote as well. Making great memories is an art which requires our attention and willing hearts much more than our skill and hard labor. Too often we try too hard to create good memories for others when the seeds to great memories are aways around us, in the little moments when soles connect and love is found. The best memories for me are those that no one planned for.
Don’t get me wrong. I like to decorate for the holidays and help my wife prepare great menus for friends and family and plan our vacation time together right along with the best of us. Indeed all of this is fun for me. But what makes it all fun isn’t the labor, it is the moments we share as we connect with one another and laugh together and fellowship with our hearts that turn these times into great memories.
Happy Holidays.
